The Astral Group business strategy targets growing the Astral Energy Group into a $150 billion industrial powerhouse by 2030 through massive scaling of petroleum refining & trading, massive gas processing and fertilizer production. Refining and Petrochemicals Capacity Scaling: Doubling the Nigerian refinery output from 500,000 barrels per day up to 800,000 bpd to become Africa’s second largest facility. Our strategy is focused on growing our global energy delivery capacity By enhancing our upstream production potentials, expanding our gas processing and transportation services for domestic consumption, and exports. We will also accelerating and consolidating on our refining assets portfolio through greenfield projects with chemicals production integration and leverage equity partnerships. Our History
This entity endured, recording appreciable progress in all facets of the petroleum industry, until the signing of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA).
The enactment of the PIA, an omnibus legislation overhauling the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, heralded the birth of a new Corporate entity, the Astral Energy Group Ltd. with her subsidiaries, which was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company.
Under the PIA, the Company is free to operate in different sectors of the global energy industry and pursue other commercially viable ventures that will guarantee value to all its stakeholders.

Astral Gas Project Limited (Gas)
We are expanding and upscaling our gas processing and transportation infrastructure to meet domestic gas needs and exports, including LNG.
- To Carry on the business of gas exploration, development, processing, production, storage, transportation, transmission, distribution, supply, marketing, trading, importation, exportation, and sale of natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), biogas, hydrogen, synthetic gas, and other gaseous fuels and energy products.
- To Develop, construct, own, operate, maintain, lease and manage gas processing plants, gas gathering systems, pipelines, compressor stations, metering stations, storage facilities, terminals, refilling plants, gas stations, depots, and related infrastructure.
- To Provide gas engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and technical support services for gas facilities and equipment.
- To Engage in the design, manufacture, assembly, installation, supply, distribution, servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas equipment, cylinders, regulators, meters, valves, burners, fittings, accessories, and related products.
- To Carry on the business of gas utilization projects for residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, transportation, power generation, and other energy applications.

Overview
The refinery stands as a pioneering venture, fully automated and decarbonized with 500,000 barrels/day capacity. Positioned strategically in Nigeria, ARPP addresses the challenge of high importation costs for petroleum products.
Petrochemicals
Astral Petrochemicals shall transform Africa’s energy future with 2 million tons per annum, double train Petrochemical Complex.
The Astral petrochemical shall deepen its operations to produce key imports dependent products & segment of Nigeria economy. We are also focusing on producing detergents and cleaning products.
Nigeria, Africa’s second-largest oil producer, petrochemical plant will produce polyethylene, polypropylene, methanol-to-olefins derivative, or similar, creating 9,500 direct jobs and powering regional industrialization.
Stratfield Petro Energy Services Limited (Oil & Gas Services)
Stratfield is an integrated provider of comprehensive energy infrastructure solution with full spectrum, capabilities in oil & gas production services and operations, logistics and asset management.

MIRACLE O. NSAN. (B.Eg, ACICPFM, CIPM)
Executive Director Refinery & Petrochemical Operations
Miracle Nsan, a graduate of Engineering from the great Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, a chartered project manager and a fellow of the chartered institute of facility and project management. Miracle Nsan is a seasoned administrator who has come to add a spike to the growth of the company. He has gained over 22years work experience cut across the oil and gas industry, he started his carrier with the defunct Agip Nigeria Plc as a facility supervisor, Zenon Petroleum Ltd, as a logistic officer and later moved to work as the tank farm terminal Superintendent, AOU Ventures Limited as the Senior project manager and left in 2015 as the General Manager. He was also the General Manager for M-TOK Global Oil and Gas Limited since 2015 until he took up the challenge as the General Manager for Ebenco Global Links Ltd. in June 2019 and will be remembered for his numerous reform programs for the rebranding of the Ebenco Group.
Nimi Tekenaire John Amachree
Director, Energies & Investment
A graduate of the University of Lagos, (BSc Hons-Business Admin) with over 40 years experience in the energy industry. He has had some experience in Academia as a lecturer in the civil service and the private sector. He worked briefly with Xerox before joining Unipetrol Nigeria plc (now Oando Nigeria Plc), spending most of his 10 years in the operations department responsible at various times for the Supply and Distribution operations. He was at a time in charge of managing the over 300 tanker trucks contracted to distribute products to the over 17 locations of the company. He was later trained in process plant management by Elf-France in preparation for the position of Planning officer at the company's Lubricant Blending plant in Kaduna. He worked at other times as the Bunkering and Export Superintendent and later as the Divisional Operations Superintendent first in Port Harcourt Division (which covered all the eastern states Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers state and Benue) and later in Ibadan Division covering all western states, Kwara, Edo and Delta states. In these Divisions, there were LPG plants which were essentially under my purview. While in the industry he was at various times on industry committees instituted at the instance of the Federal Government of Nigeria to look at issues such as the oil transportation and distribution systems and structure in Nigeria, the butanization project in the country etc. He was also a member of the LPG Trade Group. He later became the chief operating Officer of an Oil service company called Asset Procurement Services. He is a resource person for Michael Stevens Associates a leading consultancy in Nigeria. One of his core competencies is Logistics systems architecture and structures. He is versatile and was also involved in the startup operations of a United States of America-based Information Communication Technology(ICT) company called Global Technology Communications Limited.
