MIRACLE O. NSAN. (B.Eg, ACICPFM, CIPM)

Executive Director Refinery & Petrochemical Operations

Miracle Nsan, a graduate of Engineering from the great Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, a chartered project manager and a fellow of the chartered institute of facility and project management. Miracle Nsan is a seasoned administrator who has come to add a spike to the growth of the company. He has gained over 22years work experience cut across the oil and gas industry, he started his carrier with the defunct Agip Nigeria Plc as a facility supervisor, Zenon Petroleum Ltd, as a logistic officer and later moved to work as the tank farm terminal Superintendent, AOU Ventures Limited as the Senior project manager and left in 2015 as the General Manager. He was also the General Manager for M-TOK Global Oil and Gas Limited since 2015 until he took up the challenge as the General Manager for Ebenco Global Links Ltd. in June 2019 and will be remembered for his numerous reform programs for the rebranding of the Ebenco Group.

Nimi Tekenaire John Amachree

Director, Energies & Investment

A graduate of the University of Lagos, (BSc Hons-Business Admin) with over 40 years experience in the energy industry. He has had some experience in Academia as a lecturer in the civil service and the private sector. He worked briefly with Xerox before joining Unipetrol Nigeria plc (now Oando Nigeria Plc), spending most of his 10 years in the operations department responsible at various times for the Supply and Distribution operations. He was at a time in charge of managing the over 300 tanker trucks contracted to distribute products to the over 17 locations of the company. He was later trained in process plant management by Elf-France in preparation for the position of Planning officer at the company's Lubricant Blending plant in Kaduna. He worked at other times as the Bunkering and Export Superintendent and later as the Divisional Operations Superintendent first in Port Harcourt Division (which covered all the eastern states Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers state and Benue) and later in Ibadan Division covering all western states, Kwara, Edo and Delta states. In these Divisions, there were LPG plants which were essentially under my purview. While in the industry he was at various times on industry committees instituted at the instance of the Federal Government of Nigeria to look at issues such as the oil transportation and distribution systems and structure in Nigeria, the butanization project in the country etc. He was also a member of the LPG Trade Group. He later became the chief operating Officer of an Oil service company called Asset Procurement Services. He is a resource person for Michael Stevens Associates a leading consultancy in Nigeria. One of his core competencies is Logistics systems architecture and structures. He is versatile and was also involved in the startup operations of a United States of America-based Information Communication Technology(ICT) company called Global Technology Communications Limited.

Nitin Rane, currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Astral Energies Terminals, a subsidiary of Astral Energy Group, A Mechanical Engineer & an IIM MBA , worked formerly in Bharat petroleum in the Year Aug 2000 as Management executive. Having worked exclusively at Operations, Sales, Engineering & Projects, Have headed almost 300+ separate projects of Pipeline, Terminals, Filling stations & Refinery expansions, petrochemicals etc. Having a thorough knowledge of petroleum design, engineering, Projects & Management complete. PMP certified, MS Project certified Project leader for Many flagship projects in India & Abroad. Bangladesh, India Gas pipeline, Cairn Gas processing Plant, LNG Jetty & Storage at Surat, Vadodara Refinery Expansion project & the list continues...

Benjamin Onyekachi Monye

Executive Director Drilling & Rig Operations

A results-oriented oil and gas operations leader and executive with over 22 years of experience in Drilling –Drill-Ship, Swamp / land rig operations, Project execution, Business Development and Safety assurance.

• Managed the drilling and completion of over 20 wells across various clients.
• Pioneered Nigeria's first NOV collaborated onshore recertification and upgrade of a rig Blow-Out Preventer (BOP) system in country, driving significant cost savings and building local capacity.
• Saved ExxonMobil over $10,000 per month in operational losses through improved procurement and communication practices as a consultant.
• Closed all environmental audit non-conformances for ExxonMobil, successfully avoiding over $250,000 in potential fines.
• Expanded Joeny Holdings' strategic business units from 5 to 14 within a 15-month period.

Core Competencies: Deep expertise in complex project management (managing annual budgets up to $20 million), large-scale workforce leadership (over 200 personnel), regulatory HSE compliance, and quality assurance workflows (API Q2).

Throughout my career as a Executive Director of operations, Drilling Superintendent, Staff Engineer, Marine Advisor, Project Manager, Lead Auditor, and Driller, I have built a consistent record of driving operational excellence, strengthening compliance performance, and delivering measurable business growth.

Engr. Dr. Collins Chisom Diele

An accomplished professional engineer with over 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has industry tested and trusted experience in engineering design & management, project management, entrepreneurial leadership and corporate business management. The companies he has worked for include but not limited to Tranter International Limited, Adamac Group Limited, Willbros Nigeria Limited, Audubon-Linkso Engineering Co. Limited, Linkso Nigeria Limited, Parabola Services Nigeria Limited, Al ASAB est General Contracting, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, and BACOD Facilities & Project Management Services, L.L.C., Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Talking about his educational background, he attended Ezelukwu Primary School, Emekuku in Owerri North Local Government Area from 1980 to 1985, and later proceeded to St. John Chrysostom Junior Seminary, Osina in Ideato North Local Government Area, Imo State (from 1985 to 1991) where he obtained his WAEC/SSCE certificate. He came out with flying colours from his WAEC/SSCE exams in 1991 and proceeded the same year (1991) to the Federal University of Technology, Owerri in 1997 to study Mechanical Engineering. He graduated with a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri in 1997 and later obtained an MSc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious Texas A&M University, Kingsville in the United State of America in 2018. Engr. Dr. Collins Chisom also meritoriously obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Nigeria in January 2026.
